Policies & Terms of Use

We want you to thoroughly enjoy yourself at any of Maison's retreats -- and to ensure that others have the opportunity to do so, too!

The following are general terms and policies covering our properties; for detailed terms specific to a property, please refer to your rental agreement. Should any of the below policies conflict with those in your rental agreement, that agreement takes precedence.

House Rules

• Minimum Rental Age - You must be at least 21 to rent any of Maison's properties
• Cancellation - Full refund if cancelled a minimum of 30 days in advance
• Property Damage Protection - Through VRBO, we offer property damage protection for our rentals
• Check In / Check Out - Usually, check-in is after 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on your day of departure
• Pet Policy - We allow furry friends up to 30lbs with no questions asked or additional fees; if your pal is above 30lbs, please contact us to discuss
• You Break It, You Buy It - We're cool with the usual wear and tear, but if you break an appliance or any of our fixtures, we'll need to charge you for a replacement
• No Smoking Indoors - If you plan on smoking outdoors, please use a receptacle to contain your garbage
• Hot Tub Rules - These are posted at the location; please review and follow them thoroughly for your safety
• Retreat Guides - Each of our properties includes an extensive guide providing you with information on how to best enjoy what they offer; we highly recommend that you read through these so that you're familiar with how to properly operate all of the property's amenities
